We kick things off with a friendly Zoom call—or a phone chat if you prefer. This is our chance to get to know each other! We’ll listen closely to your vision, your goals, and what you’re hoping to achieve—whether it’s outfitting a crew, launching a brand, or pulling off a big event. We’ll also share a bit about us, our capabilities, and how we can bring your ideas to life. It’s a two-way conversation where we explore what’s possible, touch on things like budget or timing if they’re on your mind, and see if we’re the perfect match. No pressure—just good vibes and great questions!
Step 2: We Get to Work
If we’re both excited to move forward, we’ll schedule a follow-up (usually the next business day) to share our plan. That little breather in between? It’s intentional! It gives us time to research the best garments, dive into your specific needs, and craft a solution that’s made just for you. We’re not here to rush—we’re here to nail it.
Step 3: Your Custom Solution
In our second meeting, we’ll walk you through your tailored quote. We’ll lay out any options, explain our thinking, and make sure it feels spot-on for you. If you like what you see we'll, we'll get started on your project right away. Typical steps after we agree to work together include:- Any final art approvals
- Collect deposit & add to production schedule
- Decorate, deliver and delight!
