Building communities one thread at a time
Thread Factor was founded by two guys that believe a brand or community's apparel shouldn't be an afterthought. Our goal is to make it easy for brands to get quality custom apparel that elevates their image.
Custom merch doesn't need to be a hassle.
High quality apparel that's right for you.
A brand is only as strong as its's community. At Thread Factor we believe in creating brand loyalty and uniting communities through the power of clothing.
With great quality comes great responsibility. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us, which is why we work closely with you through every step of the process to ensure that the end result is something you are proud to show off.
Meet the Founders
Jason Hunt
My journey to founding Thread Factor began with a love for design and technology. While attending college for computer science and game design, I worked part-time at a local screen printing shop, where I became well versed in apparel design and creation. It was here that I gained great appreciation for the time and care that goes into creating quality decorated apparel that people love.
After graduating, I went on to co-found Thread Factor with my dad. I truly believe that the comfort and style of clothing play a bigger role in what people wear than the brand or community associated with it. That’s why Thread Factor is dedicated to crafting standout designs that help others’ brands or communities be the first choice in their customers’ closets.

My path to starting Thread Factor spans decades of experience in startups, all centered around creating great customer experiences. In 2002, I founded an online specialty board game reseller, selling over $3M in games. It brought me great satisfaction knowing friends and families were having a blast gathered around the table making great memories.
After returning to corporate work in 2009, I honed my skills in data-driven sales and marketing. I also co-founded a streetwear brand, where I first learned screen printing, and later launched a successful speed cube business with my son, Jason, while he was in high school.
These experiences led us to start Thread Factor, where we’re committed to creating the best-looking, most comfortable apparel to help communities grow.
